Returns & Refunds
The articles prices are expressed in Euro (€); they include the in-force VAT (Value Added Tax) which varies according to the different article typologies. The resulting total amount at the end of the purchase procedure is comprehensive of transport charges, but does not include customs duties and/or possible additional charges.
In foreign countries where the local currency is not the Euro, the transaction will still be conducted in Euro. The displayed price in the local currency is based on the current exchange rate and does not include any additional fees that may be applied by banks for currency conversion.

HOW TO PROCEED WITH A RETURN
For orders placed by 09/30/2024
The Italian Law (Legislative Decree dated May, 22nd 1999 no. 185 art. 5) establishes that the consumer who acts in an unrelated way to his own commercial activity – retailers and companies are not included – can exercise the withdrawal right by returning the article to the seller in order to obtain a refund, in the cases provided for in law.
The withdrawal right can be exercised by sending - within the following 14 days - a written communication by email to customercare@bolognafcstore.com.
Goods must be returned - within the following 14 days and joining the filled in Returning Form – to the following address:

Returning cost will be paid by the customer. The essential condition to exercise the withdrawal right is to return the purchased items in a good preservation state, with the original labels and packaging; all the returned items must be accurately packed in order to protect the original covers from any damage, writing or labelling. Transport risks in goods returning will be charged to the customers.
No refunds will be made for items which have been washed or damaged by detergents or additives, or items damaged by customer’s inexperience (ironing item at a temperature too high, badges applied incorrectly). For technical reasons, the colour of the products shown online can be different from the real colour: this variance will not give any refund rights.
No refunds are possible for customized products (jerseys or shorts with player name or personal name /or number, with initials, except if faulty or damaged); for underwear, swimsuits and face masks; for match jerseys if the player leaves the club or changes the squad number).
Please note: It is advisable to contact the Customer Service for information needed before returning the goods.
For orders placed from 10/01/2024
HOW TO PROCEED WITH A RETURN
If you are a registered user:
- Log in with your email and password.
- Access your account and locate your order in "ORDER HISTORY."
- Access the order summary.
- Click the "MAKE A RETURN" button.
If you are NOT a registered user:
- Go directly to the returns portal by clicking HERE.
- Enter your postal code and order number (in full) or tracking code; both can be found in your order confirmation.
- Select the product(s) to return.
- Complete the return form, indicating the reason, and request a refund (which will be issued in the same way as the original purchase).
- Select your preferred drop-off point.
- Confirm the summary and go to the drop-off point with the provided label.
You will receive a confirmation email and can track the package at any time.
Upon receipt of the product, our team will conduct the necessary checks and, if everything is in order, a refund will be issued via the original payment method, excluding any shipping costs incurred.
If you paid by cash on delivery, the refund will be issued via bank transfer: send your IBAN and account holder details to customercare@bolognafcstore.com, specifying your order number in the subject.

REFUNDS
Refund time is around 30 days, after checking the goods status. Some delays might be caused by postponed deliveries to FANATICS ITALY S.R.L. from the postal service. After the above-mentioned time, please call 02/26303235-36-37 or an e-mail to customercare@bolognafcstore.com.
Credit card and other payments will be refunded by re-credit of the amount and refund time can depend on the credit card or payment method used.
Refund excludes transport charge (both for shipments and returning) and possible customs duties/taxes. A full refund will be made only for faulty goods returned or for loss of the package by the courier.
No refunds are possible for customized products (jerseys or shorts with player name or personal name /or number, with initials, except if faulty or damaged); for underwear, swimsuits and face masks; for match jerseys if the player leaves the club or changes the squad number). Discounted products (seasonal sale or special promotions) are not refundable.
Time limit for forwarding requests and complaints:
- 15 DAYS for complaints concerning goods which is faulty, damaged, lacking or not pursuant to the order.
- 3 MONTHS for requests concerning shipments or deliveries (not received packages, delivery problems).
- 6 MONTHS for requests concerning payment transactions or refunds.
Trademarks, logos and other distinguishing marks of any kind, used in the website pages, belong to their respective owners; their use is prohibited to unauthorised third parties, including their reproduction on other websites. Contents such as information, programs, software, text, graphics and images within the website are protected by copyright.
The regulation in force applicable to the purchases on www.bolognafcstore.com is the law of the Italian Republic. For any controversy related to the product marketing on the website, the competent court will be the Court of Milan.
