Aroma: extremely fruity with a bouquet of blackberry,raspberry, strawberry and pomegranate
Palate: on the palate the wine is full and harmonious with hintsof red fruit, the sweet note is balanced by a nicefreshness and to the balanced and persistent bubble
Pairing: a very versatile wine that goes well with thetypical Emilian cuisine, for example with appetizers of cured meats,baked lasagna or pasta with meat sauce, soups and soups inbroth, fresh cheeses and roasted meats both white andred; it is also excellent as a simple aperitif
